This dual course is suitable for staff working in an administrative based role within the health sector. This course will give you a formal qualification for the administrative functions you are currently responsible for. Certificate IV in Health Administration will provide you with confidence and technical skills to conduct various administrative and operational tasks under direct or indirect supervision. This is a dual qualification and you will be taught how to apply and sustain efficient processes and systems in your workplace through Lean principles.  You will be taught to identify waste, such as over processing, ineffective use of space and or unnecessary waiting.
