The Diploma of Practice Management is suitable for staff who are managing teams and operations of small to medium sized health practices. This diploma is designed to equip you with the skills required to negotiate risks, apply medical terminology correctly and confidently mange people performance. You will be taught effective leadership skills and how to best manage teams. This is a dual qualification and you will be taught Quality Management tools and how to implement and sustain efficient processes and systems through Lean principles. You will be taught to identify waste, such over processing; the unnecessary motion of people moving around their work area and defects due to having to do something repeatedly as a result of a mistake.
