Dual Course Overview

The Certificate IV in Ageing Support is suitable for staff already employed in residential aged care and would like to enhance their knowledge and skills in this space.  This is a dual qualification with Quality Improvement and is designed to educate staff in process flow, problem solving, critical thinking and change management. You will be given the opportunity to work on a Continuous Improvement project and empowered to make sustainable changes in your workplace. The Certificate IV in Ageing Support also aims to provide you with leadership skills: giving you knowledge and confidence to supervise, manage conflict in the workplace and lead a team.
